• We provide on-going customer service and if you have any last minute hitches in your guest list we can supply a lower numbered game or help modify a game if just one guest bows out.



• All the optional characters never know they are optional, so all are equal suspects and participants in the game.



• The host doesn’t ever need to know who committed the crime as they can use the MP3 file rather than the character booklet for the inspector – but – unlike many boxed games – you CAN have the inspector part and solution printed out in case of power cut or if you wanted to use the game when camping etc and don’t have access to a CD player.



• We provide a rating system so you know what is in your game. There will be no sudden content surprises, or if you prefer no “Oh no! I wish I hadn’t given the X-rated role to my boss/teenage daughter” moments.



• You can customise the game yourself to make it extra special for a party, and we will help if you want to make simple modifications to the game e.g. changing the name of the game or add a different photograph etc at little or no charge.



• Did we already mention excellent our customer service? We will help you every step of the way if need be. Don’t believe me? Well, for example, we’ve talked customers through how to use their printer, which party favours to include in invitations, how to order guests around their dinner table, what to serve for dinner (different from the included recipes) and how to serve it, which game to buy, how to use Paypal when paying, how to save a file and retrieve it from a computer… you name it, we’ve probably helped somewhere along the line, and we don’t mind how silly you think your question is, we’ve probably had one before.
