WANTED: Dead or alive, murderer of Don Dealin, rancher of Backwater Creek.

The deceased was found dead in the Crazy Horse Saloon earlier this evening.

All the local suspects have been rounded up and corralled at the Saloon for questioning.

Sherriff Lone Stranger has requested the Law abiding citizens of Back Water Creek to assist him in finding the killer.

Successful residents will be eligible to join the Sherriff as his deputy.

The Cast:

• Catastrophe Jane - Independent farm girl
  Not exactly a typical farm girl Catastrophe Jane dresses like a man, and is not afraid to show she has the balls to go with it.



• Flint Westwood - Gunslinger
  Stetson wearing, toothpick chewing, gunslinger, Flint Westwood is quick on the draw, even though he is not so quick on the shaving – but according to the women, that unshaven look is “in” this year.



• Sissy Runaway - Saloon girl
  Skirt swishing, leggy singer-cum-dancer, Sissy loves men in all forms, those in uniform especially, and a murder is just the thing needed to pull in the sheriff and all his deputies.



• Butch Sundance - Bartender
  If you want to waste away again in Margaritaville, then Butch Sundance, bartender of the Crazy Horse Saloon, is your man.



• Wild Bill Hiccup - Prospector
  Dusty, dishevelled and prone to spitting, Wild Bill Hiccup was a little too slow to keep up with the Gold Rush and has remained in Backwater Creek ever since.



• Squaw Hide - Native American Indian Squaw *THIS IS A MALE PART
  Barefoot and with feathers in her long flowing dark hair Squaw Hide is a picture of health and vitality. With a sideline repairing settlers’ wagons you could say she keeps those wagons rolling.



• General Bluster - Recruiting Officer
  With a strong voice and a strong personality, General Bluster is never afraid to point the finger for Uncle Sam – the army needs YOU!



• Sheriff Lone Stranger - Sheriff of Backwater Creek
  Sheriff Lone Stranger is required only to provide the solution speech. He does no other acting during the night and is not referred to in the scripts or guest handouts.

Never run a large group mystery before? Then don't panic!

Hosting a Large Group Murder Mystery is time consuming, but with ample preparation and a good cast it is really quite simple and great fun!

In large group games it is impossible to give everyone a part, instead the mystery involves “cast members” who are fully in the know and act out the mystery, and the guests act as detectives trying to solve the murder.

Large group games come in several different formats, clue based, cast based, multi-room, single room, or a mixture of them all.

This particular game requires 8 cast (who are fully in the know), use of 6 small rooms, and some prop clues. The murder occurs before the guests arrive and one of the rooms they will visit will be the crime scene.
