It’s 1959 and things are rocking ‘n’ rolling at Dino’s Diner tonight. It’s the Grand Re-opening of the diner, with Dino inviting friends and family to enjoy a private party.

Everyone is ready for a good time, good food and good music. However, just as the party is getting in full swing, Dino is discovered dead in his office.

Who killed him?

This could very well be a case of “Greased at the Diner”!

• Arthur “Bronzie” Bronzerelli - Biker
  In skintight jeans, white tee shirt and leather jacket with matching belt, Bronzie loves to show off his tan and always has a comb for his slicked back hair.



• Pinkie LaRue - Purple Lady
  The Founder of the “Purple Ladies” girl club, Pinkie is one tough cookie with a soft inside. She is noted for her boisterous manner, tight clothing and her signature scarf knotted around her neck.



• Maynard G. Wayout - Beatnik
  A “new” generation guy and published poet, Maynard expresses himself through his dark poetry and his interest in jazz music. With his bongo drums ever at his side on a leather strap, he sports a goatee and always wears sunglasses.



• Poora Moore - Waitress
  A beauty school dropout, Poora is always in her uniform and apron. She hustles for tips, and is ever ready with her coffee pot in hand to refill a cup.



• Buddy Folly - Singer
  A rising star, Buddy just released his first hit single, “Good Golly, Miss Polly”. He is never seen in public without his white dinner jacket and his dark rimmed glasses.



• Peggy Sousa - 50s typical teen
  The quintessential teenager, Peggy loves rock ‘n’ roll music and jives to it while wearing her bobby socks and penny loafers. Her pony tail is her crowning glory along with the scarf tied around it.

Biff Letterman - Jock
Star quarterback of the football team back in his teenage years, Biff still wears his Athletic Letters proudly wherever he goes, as his days at Fairfield Unity were his best. He always has some balls in hand, ready to play.


• Sandra Delight - Beauty Queen
  Voted “Miss Popularity” and Senior Prom Queen, Sandra lives up to her image and is never seen without full makeup, high heels and her tiara.



• D’Juan Datiwant - Nerd
  D’Juan is the studious type and his look is dishevelled. He doesn’t seem to mind that his glasses are taped together on the nosepiece or that his pants are too short.



• MaeLin Monwoe - Movie Star
  An experienced actress in B-rated movies, the oriental beauty MaeLin, has platinum blonde hair, a beauty mark by her lips and is always seen wearing sensuous clothing.



• Sam Seafaring - Sailor
  Now a Merchant Marine, Sam has been at sea since he was 18, having served his stint in the Navy during World War 2. He is a true sailor, right down to his tattoo and his white cap.



• Gloria Sair - Hairdreser
  A prominent salon owner in the community, Gloria promotes herself by wearing all of the latest fashions and loves to wear her hair in an updo.

Never run a large group mystery before? Then don't panic!

Hosting a large group murder mystery is time consuming, but with ample preparation and a good cast it is really quite simple and great fun!

In large group games it is impossible to give everyone a part, instead the mystery involves “cast members” who are fully in the know and act out the mystery, and the guests act as detectives trying to solve the murder.

Large group murder mystery games come in several different formats, clue based, cast based, multi-room, single room, or a mixture of them all.

This particular murder mystery game requires 7-13 cast, and one large room. It also has an option of a series of paper clues. Guests will also need paper and pens. This game works best as a sit down event with 6-12 tables of guests who work as a team, but the game can be adapted to suit most formats of events.

The game contains two options. Option 1: All clues are provided by cast members. Option 2: Guests receive questions to ask the suspects (cast members) on paper, and have to find out the answers to these questions from the cast.
